Today we featured a really wide menu. Nonetheless, all the food was gone in 15minutes. Our food service is getting really popular, with the queues now snaking around the block. Normally, I am sure the boutique hotel next door would be highly irritated, but given everything is shut down in Patong, no problems!

We also received generous donations of rice and eggs, papayas (last week) from locals. Thank you! These foods help to defray the cost of our kitchen and we can then cook up more packs for the needy.

300 eggs can make a lot of Thai Omelettes!

And sometimes, you may live in the most beautiful place in the world, but yet, it can feel like hell on earth when you and your family are hungry, jobless and lacking in options. This is the Patong beach we all know, now pristine, beautiful and cool in the evening sun. What is missing? Tourists, businesses, and an economy.

After a hard day of packing food, it is nice to sit on the beach and look at how beautiful Phuket is.
