Menu: Porridge with eggs, fried anchovies, chicken sausage; Fried rice

Meals served: 230

Good start to the week with 230 meals distributed today. Thanks to our volunteers for helping to pack. As we ramp down on some of our corporate volunteers, we are in search for a new set of volunteers to come in to pack. If you have interest and are vaccinated for COVID-19, then please contact info@hotmealsforall.org to arrange.

We also distributed meals to the nearby Burmese camps.

It's monday and we have long queues for food again.

If you wish to donate and help keep our giving going, please go to SIMPLYGIVING to donate.

Menu: Basil leaf minced chick with rice, tuna porridge

Meals served: 320

Thai classic dishes served today! Packs of food were also sent out to nearby burmese camps and small sois where we are aware of the needy families and their personal situation.

We had the good folks from Agoda.com helping out today, which is pretty great! Huge packing effort but the team was done in record time! Many hands make for light work.

Happy to have helped the needy today with our wholesome meals. It was a very wet day with non-stop rains and yet the crowds still came.

Should you wish to donate, please use this link. It costs us US$1 to make a box of food (all in costs) and we use paper packaging for majority of our meals. Our kitchen runs on volunteers so all donations go towards food making operations.

Sunee came out of the kitchen for once to pose for a photo with all the good food that she makes. She regularly turns out special meals just for the kids

And the kids do love her meals :)

Should you wish to donate to help us continue our work, please do so here. It costs us c. US$1 (all in costs) to make a pack of food. We also use eco-friendly packaging in majority of our meals served but this increases our cost base. We run our operations based on volunteers and so any donations go towards making of the food boxes that get served to the needy with no wastage.
